What size are the Commercial faucets?
We have 21" 25" and 36" 42" 47" available in our store.
How high is the bottom of the spout from the base?
With nozzle fully retracted and on a vertical plane: 10 1/2 inches. Diagonally 13 1/4 inches.
Is the swing spout threaded? The faucet I purchase must have the ability to attach a garden hose.
Thread size for Aerator size: M22x1 mm.
And you can buy a adapter M22x1 Female to 1/2NPT Male (B07VHZXX74) to attach the garden hose.

What are the appropriate sizes of outlet pipes?
There would be one meets your need
The add on spout is about 12 inch, after assembly there would be total 14" to 16.5". According to the using experience. the spout reach between 1/2 to 3/4 is better.
So you could calculate it according to the length of your sink.

Yes, it's lead free. The cartridges is ceramics, the faucet spout is made by stainless steel.

How to adjust the center distance?
1. Loosen the faucet main body front large hex nut；
2. Install the water inlet foot to the workbench；
3. Turn and adjust the faucet installation position right into the water inlet foot and lock the large hex nut to the main body；
4. Lock the water inlet screw and fix it tightly.
Where are some common places you would see these faucets installed?

My commercial kitchen sink has a backsplash and the back of the sink will be pushed against a wall. What parts do I need in order to connect my water

Hello, the pot filler is easy to install, you just wrap Teflon around the connector, and then rotate the connector to the wall to install it successfully.

What is the installed height footprint from the center of the pipe that feeds from the wall to the heighest point on the faucet?
The height form the center of the pipe that feeds from the wall to the heighest point on the faucet is 14.5cm. (not include the handle height when in close mode)
When the faucet is closed, the handle is upright, at this moment the height from center of the pipe that feeds from the wall to the upright handle is 20cm

The machine doesn't have sufficient air output and the pillow are not inflating properly. Can the settings be adjusted? Please, advise.
Hi, turn the air volume up half way or more and the pillows will get inflated.remember you need to have the air volume up at least 50% or more.
72002 air cushion shows no printed logo or lettering. Can this be purchased without any printing?
Concerning the air cushion film, we had removed JZBRAIN logo on the file since some clients suggestion.

Is the 74005 air cushion film compatible with the YE300 air cushion machine?
No, 74005 air piilow film is not compatible with the YE300 air pillow machine, 72002,73004, 74004 air pillow film are compatible with the YE300 machine.
You can search B08LGTK3NK(72002), B08NP2FKRY(73004), B08LSNJM62(74004) on Amazon to buy it.
Anyone have success using other brands of films with this machine?
Other brand films normally does not work for JZBRAIN air cushion machine because of the roll hub inner shape difference.

Why the green light of start button keeping flash, doesn't work
Thats the heat up process, green light will be solid after 3-5 minutes, then you can push it again to start filling.
