I had used this for almost a year. Cold side started to not fully shut off. I swapped the hot/cold cartridges from one side to the other and the problem remained on the cold side, indicating a failure in the faucet housing. Seller sent a replacement housing with no questions asked and now I have a fully functional faucet again after installing the original cartridges in.
It's not if something goes wrong that's important, it's how the company responds when it does go wrong. All A's for this seller.
I bought this for a kitchen remodel and it works as expected with a good value. So far no problems. It was relatively easy to install but we already knew how from previous faucets. I did purchase the conversion kit mentioned in other reviews and that was a good thing as we needed it. Not sure why that isn’t included with the faucet. I will update later on as time goes on.
I'm more than pleased with the quality for the price. This replaced a sprayer in our farm sink which gets lots of use.
How nice to have a choice of pressure in the spray. Just sorry I waited so long to replace the old one.
I use this to wash my butchering stuff. I was a little leery spending that much. Now I’m glad I did. Works great and is very sturdy. I would recommend this to anyone.
