We ordered this faucet for a large stainless tub in our laundry room. The 12" faucet reaches well out into the large tub which we liked. We have small dogs and use the tub for bathing them. I wanted to attach a shower sprayer to the faucet to be able to rinse them off well, however, I found that the threading did not match. I went to all the hardware stores; Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace, and Tru Value but no one had an adapter to fit. So, I contacted the seller JZBRAIN and explained my situation. They replied immediately and offered to make an adapter to fit since the male end of the faucet was threading was to their specifications and the female threading of my sprayer was according to US threading. JZBRAIN asked me for a few specifications, which I could easily give them, and they wrote back saying they would make the part for me. As promised, it arrived yesterday and I immediately attached the sprayer. Everything fit perfectly and now I can bathe my dogs easily. I thought that the company went beyond just the sale of their product. I recommend them highly because they are definitely about customer satisfaction with their product.
awesome faucet sturdy and feels like quality
The faucet has an off center nut on each side to help center the pipes for installation. This is great if your plumbing us just a bit off from the 8 inches required for this faucet. Installation was quick and easy. The faucet is a nice weight chromed brass. The handles when turned off were pointing in, I though this to be a bit different than usual. You may be able to switch the handles and the colored Hot/Cold indicators to have them point out If you want... I did not check this but seems possible... works great! It's in a rental so will see some good use and will be able to tell how long it holds up.
